Abbeville—Memorial services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, February 6, 2010 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Dudley Joseph LeBlanc, 75, who died Saturday, January 23, 2010 at Abbeville General Hospital.
He will be laid to rest at with Reverend Kenneth Mayne officiating the services.
Dudley was a veteran of the United States Navy. After his military discharge he began his career as a painter.
He is survived by his sister, Shirley Frederick and husband A.J. of Kaplan; his only godchild, Irma “Dee Dee” Frederick of Abbeville and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Acie LeBlanc and the former Evelyn Simon; brothers, Wilson LeBlanc and Jimmy LeBlanc; and nephew, Russell John Frederick.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Saturday, February 6, 2010 from 9:30 a.m. until time of services.
