Vermilion Parish Hospital Tax

Why should the Citizens of Vermilion Parish continue to support a failing Hospital with Tax Payer monies? Why would the Citizens want to pay even MORE Taxes to support a hospital which is performing so poorly? Yes Vermilion Parish Needs a hospital, but NOT at the cost of the Tax Payers.
The proposal from the Private Company to take over Abbeville General should be approved immediately and the upcoming July 19th Tax Increase should be taken off of the ballot!
Approval of the Private Company's offer could be a $3 million swing in favor of the Citizens of Vermilion Parish. This $3 million dollars could serve the Parish better by improving Roads and Schools, etc.
Why would Mr. Leblanc (Hospital Board) attack the Private Company before he has even seen their proposal? All Mr. Leblanc wants to do is TAX the Citizens of Vermilion Parish even more!!!
Mr. Leblanc, your actions at the Police Jury meeting were an embarrassment to the citizens of Vermilion Parish!!!
