Catherine Sellers Connors

ABBEVILLE - With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Catherine Sellers Connors, 77, who passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. The family will have a private memorial service in her honor at a future date.
Catherine loved spending time with her family, especially her grandkids, great grandchildren, godchildren and nieces and nephews. Everyone was always welcome at her home, which she kept very clean and curated. In her spare time, she also loved gardening. She was a devoted wife, mother and friend. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her son, Clay Bodin; stepdaughter, Demetria Connors (Peter); granddaughter, Trisha Bodin; grandsons, Brannon Bodin (McKenzie), Gaige Touchet, Gaven Touchet (Alexis), and Graham Touchet; 15 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and godchildren, and brother; Russell Sellers.
She was proceeded in death by her loving husband, Roger Dale Connors; father, George Sellers Sr.; mother, Betty LeMaire Broussard; stepfather, Ray Broussard; son, Troy Bodin; and brothers, Gary Sellers and George Sellers Jr.
The family would like to express their gratitude to Southern Grace Hospice for the exceptional care given to Mrs. Catherine in her final days.
