ABBEVILLE — Funeral Services for Mrs. Karen Landry Vice, 80, were held at David Funeral Home of Abbeville on Monday February 13, 2023 at 2:00PM with Pastor Jason Duhon officiating. Burial followed at Esther Cemetery.
Visitation was held at David Funeral Home of Abbeville on Monday February 13, 2023 from 9:00AM until time of services.
A resident of Abbeville, Mrs. Karen passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2023. She enjoyed cooking, working with flowers and making floral arrangements. She was a prayerful and devoted Christian.
She is survived by her son, Joe C. Harper, Jr. and his wife Brandi of Singer ; her daughter, Myndi Billiot of Abbeville; her step-son, Michael D. Vice and his wife Heather of Youngsville; her step-daughters, Deborah Ann Morgan and her husband Steven of Big Woods, and Mary Ann Vice of Abbeville; her grandchildren, Zachary Luke LeBlanc, Joe C. Harper III, Kiley Karen LeBlanc, Dax Harper, Abigail Hood and Kyler Langley; her ten step-grandchildren; her twenty-six step-great grandchildren; and one step-great-great grandchild.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Horace Vice; and her stepdaughter, Katherine M. Vice.
Serving as pallbearers were Mike Vice, Zachary LeBlanc, J.C. Harper, III, Dax Harper, Nicholas Barras, and Hunter Comeaux.
