Earl Duplantis

DELCAMBRE – A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted for Earl Duplantis, age 72, at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church. Fr. Buddy Breaux will officiate. Interment will follow at the church mausoleum. Military honors will be performed by the Acadiana Veterans Honor Guard.
A gathering of family and friends will take place at Evangeline Funeral of Delcambre on Wednesday from 9:00 am until the service time. A rosary will be prayed at 11:00 am.

ABBEVILLE — A memorial home-going celebration of life for Mrs. Linda Green 70, the former Linda Shelvin, will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 1 at Fletcher Funeral Home in Abbeville, LA, with Bishop Donnie Bolden, Sr. officiating.
Inurnment will be at a later date.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at Fletcher Funeral Home in Abbeville, LA on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
Due to the August 1, 2021, COVID-19 mandate, masks are required to be worn by all attendees at the funeral home.

ABBEVILLE – A home-going celebration of life for Mrs. Velta Louise Peters 89, will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at Greater Pleasant Green Missionary Baptist Church in Abbeville, LA with Pastor Mideate L.C. Derouen officiating. 
She will await the resurrection in Pleasant Green Baptist Cemetery in Abbeville, LA.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at the church on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
