Locals and visitors from Hannut, Belgium filled the upstairs at Kaplan City Hall on Thursday for the Jumelage Welcome luncheon.
The groups from Kaplan and Hannut exchanged gifts as part of Thursday’s official welcoming.
Mayor Mike Kloesel offered a key to the city to each of the guest from Hannut.
