LAFAYETTE — Irvin Joseph Arceneaux, 75, was born on March 7, 1944 in Lacassine, LA.
Mr. Arceneaux passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, June 23, 2019 at The Carpenter House of St. Joseph Hospice in Lafayette, LA.
Mr. Arceneaux was originally from Jennings, LA and was residing in Lafayette, LA at the time of his passing.
ERATH — A Mass of Christian Burial for E. Hampton Touchet, 47, who passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2019 will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday June 26, 2019 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Father Andre Metrejean officiating.
Interment will follow in Our Lady of Lourdes Mausoleum.
Visitation will be in David Funeral Home of Erath Tuesday June 25, 2019 from 5:00PM until 8:00 PM with recitation of the rosary at 7:00 PM. Visitation will resume Wednesday from 8:00 AM until service time.
PERRY — Family services were held for a native of Forked Island and a resident of Perry, LA, Adam passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, June 3, 2019 at his home in Perry, LA.
Adam proudly served his country in the U.S. Army from July 13, 1943 and was honorably discharged November 30, 1945 where he was in Normandy as a Medic on D-day. He received a purple heart and various metals while serving. He met his wife, Lydia Wellbrock, in Germany and she came to United States with their daughter, Heidi.
ABBEVILLE – Funeral Services for Mr. John Calvin Duhon, 86, will be held at 1:00PM on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at David Funeral Home Chapel with Fr. Mark Miley officiating. Interment will follow at Our Lady of The Rosary Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at David Funeral Home of Abbeville on Friday, June 21, 2019 from 3:00PM until 9:00PM with a recitation of the rosary at 7:00PM. Visitation will resume on Saturday, June 22, 2019 from 8:00AM until the time of the services.
