Ivy Landry served as a teacher, coach and
administrator during his nearly 40 years in education.

Ivy Landry announces retirement

As of July 1, 2019, Ivy Landry will be retired from teaching and coaching in the public school system.
Landry, 61, decided to step aside and let the new generation of teachers/coaches take over. He made that decision this summer.
“After 39 years of teaching/coaching/administration, I felt it was time to give all of my time to my family and grandkids,” said Landry. “I will assist my wife in taking care of my two grandkids and finally take time for my family.”
